Loved the unique blend of traditional Japanese and Southeast Asian decor at this hotel. The large rooms were amazing, with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. , the onsen experience was truly relaxing. It was great to have a private onsen with such picturesque views.
The service could have been better. The staff seemed somewhat indifferent and not very helpful when it came to answering our questions.

The nearby restaurant, Naraya Cafe, was as close as 300 feet from the ryokan. At hakone ginyu we had a nice stay. And short way from a bus stop.
Almost perfect.
